Vero Beach Sunrise 14″ x 36″ Original Acrylic on Wooden Slats. This painting was inspired by the view from our hotel room on Vero Beach. As the Miami area became over crowded in the 1970’s we started making short two and three-day weekend getaway trips to Vero Beach and discovered what a wonderful place it truly was. We always stayed at the Holiday Inn on the beach and always reserved an ocean front room. We also discovered one of our all time favorite restaurants “The Menu”, unfortunately it no longer around, but the Holiday Inn is.
